Programs

(Please excuse the quality of our earlier videos - It was a learning process!)

The Hatfield Museum and History Society presents five history programs each year, focusing on various parts of Hatfield's history.  These programs are free and open to the public. Those who are unable to join in person can still enjoy a recorded version of the presentation.

The next Hatfield Museum & History Society Community Program will be “Exploring Orvilla”, presented by Society member, Donald Lewis. Don grew up in the Hatfield Township village of Orvilla and has a passion for having the history of the village preserved. The program will be based on Don’s recently published book, Orvilla, My Orvilla, which recalls the history of various properties and businesses in the village. (You can purchase a copy of his book after the program!) This presentation will take place on Tuesday, May 26, in the meeting room of the Hatfield Borough Office, beginning at 7:00 PM. The Borough Office is located at 401 S. Main Street. (If you can’t join us in person, you can still enjoy a recorded version of the presentation, which will be available at the same time as our live program. Go to our website, www.hatfieldhistory.org and click on the “Programs” tab. A link will also be posted on Facebook.) We hope that you can join us! All are welcome for this FREE presentation!
